Celebrate Anthropology Day with interactive demonstrations by students and conversations about what Anthropology is all about.
The American Anthropological Association designated February 16, 2023 as Anthropology Day.
Adelphi’s Anthropology Department, Anthropology Club and Lambda Alpha are participating by providing an opportunity for Anthropology students to display their projects and share information about Anthropology and its role in everyday life.
To quote the renowned American Anthropologist, Ruth Benedict, “The purpose of anthropology is to make the world safe for human differences.” Anthropology is important to all of us.
