The various state and federal programs have deadlines that extend throughout the academic year.
To be considered for any financial assistance, we must receive your valid processed Student Aid Report (SAR) by your last date of enrollment for the academic year. You’re always welcome to contact our Office of Student Financial Services for specific dates that may affect applications and deadlines for the various programs.
The entire FAFSA should be completed online at fafsa.gov as soon as possible after October 1 each year.
Priority FAFSA Filing Deadlines
To receive priority consideration for Adelphi need-based grants, Federal Work-Study and Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG) the FAFSA must be completed and received by the priority deadlines. Additionally, students who miss these deadlines or who fail to submit requested documentation on a timely basis, will be considered for grants only if funds remain available.
