The Board meets a minimum of two times during the academic year, once in the fall and once in the spring semester.<\/p>\n<h2>Advisory Members Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate internships personally or through professional networks<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a mentor for students interested in law or make introductions to colleagues who are interested in mentoring students<\/li>\n<li>Participate in and\/or a host networking event(s) to enable students to meet law professionals<\/li>\n<li>Give a lecture or teach a class (if asked) or engage other law professionals to do so<\/li>\n<li>Support the university with a personal, corporate, or combined annual gift<\/li>\n<li>Attend a majority of Board meetings; share industry trends and provide strategic advice and guidance to the Director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Council Members<\/h2>\n<h3>Mark R.
