This includes credits earned while you were in high school. Supply information about:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"\">Advanced Placement (AP) exams<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"\">International Baccalaureate (IB) Higher Level exams<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"\">Cambridge A or AS Level examinations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"\">Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"\">College courses completed during high school (dual enrollment, Early College, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\">If you have unofficial transcripts or score reports available, bring them with you or send them to your adviser before your appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Complete Your Language Placement (If Needed)<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"\">Students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the College of Arts and Sciences\u2014or anyone interested in studying a language\u2014should complete the language placement exam before meeting with an adviser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\">Complete the placement exam: <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/path\/language-requirement\"><strong>www.adelphi.edu\/path\/language-requirement<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Planning to Take Calculus I?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"\">Some majors require Calculus I. If you&#8217;d like to enroll directly in Calculus I instead of Precalculus, you&#8217;ll need to qualify through one of the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"\">AP Calculus AB score of <\/span><strong>2 or 3<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"\">SAT Math score <\/span><strong>above 640<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"\">ACT Math score of <\/span><strong>26 or higher<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"\">Passing the Mathematics Department placement exam<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"\">For placement test information, email <\/span><strong>mathcs@adelphi.edu<\/strong><span style=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Explore First-Year Seminars<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"\">Before your appointment, browse <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mx.technolutions.net\/ss\/c\/u001.jxaZRujEt1lhE0WEp4QewKvj7MmMohPRrpFgrlktKMj5qHOyCw70s9ZTqJ1zxxih\/4si\/5iqYBy5DQD6IL9G6a_hkQA\/h3\/h001.nb_GGYzY6T4NF2aapTJYgcdVxau-D-MsP5QlFXBCmTM\"><span style=\"\">Adelphi&#8217;s PATH First-Year Seminar options<\/span><\/a><span style=\"\"> and think about which topics interest you most.
