Partnerships

The Center for Social Innovation partners with a variety of Nassau and Suffolk agencies and organizations to carry out its initiatives in thought leadership, student engagement, and community involvement.

Nassau County, cosponsor of “Living with Our Immigrant Neighbors,” a public forum in October 2007.
Hagedorn Foundation, provided funding for the studies: The Economic Impact of the Hispanic Population on Long Island, New York and Strengthening Long Island: Economic Contributions of Immigrants to Nassau and Suffolk Counties authored by Mariano Torras, Associate Professor of Business, Adelphi University.

Long Island Wins, cosponsor of a public symposium "Strengthening Long Island,” featuring findings from Strengthening Long Island: Economic Contributions of Immigrants to Nassau and Suffolk Counties in October 2008.
