Elena Spinelli is Senior Lecturer in Social Policy and Social Services at the School of Social Work, University "La Sapienza," Rome. She also works in public services for immigrants. Professor Spinelli has conducted research on social work and mental health, medical care and social work and gender, and on social work and immigration.
