Enrico Pugliese |
| Enrico Pugliese is Professor of Sociology of Work at the University of Naples "Federico II," where he has also been chairman of the Department of Sociology. He was director of the joint graduate school of sociology of the University of Naples and of Salerno. Professor Pugliese has been both a Harkness and a Fulbright fellow and visiting professor at several American universities. He has carried out research in the field of international migration, labor markets, and the social and economic implications of unemployment. Among his publications are Gli immigranti in Italia (Immigrants in Italy) (1995) and Sociologia della disoccupazione (Sociology of Unemployment) (1993, also published in French). He is currently involved in a series of research projects on international migration. |
