Jane Millar is Professor of Social Policy and Director of the Centre for the Analysis of Social Policy at the University of Bath, UK. Her research interests include income maintenance (social security and tax) policy; labour market policies, especially for lone parents; poverty, inequality and social exclusion; family policy and the policy implications of family change; gender and social policy; and comparative social policy.
