The activities of the interdisciplinary teams are intended to augment the work of Directors of Operations and the Office of School Programs and Support Services. In particular, the Adelphi team will provide leadership teams with knowledge about CEPs and the New Standards, data analysis tools used in evaluating student outcomes, the Performance Assessment of Schools System-Wide (PASS), strategic planning and the design of performance indicators, budget development, and techniques for engaging parents. Additionally, the interdisciplinary teams will assist in the development of bylaws by January 2000.
