Jennifer M. Rutledge is Partner/Vice President of Delphi Consulting Group, Inc. located
in White Plains, New York. Jennifer has over 30 years practical, broad based experience
in providing assistance to the boards and staff of various types of domestic and
international organizations. Her work includes all aspects of organizational development,
human resources systems and process design and delivery, and governance and
leadership development.
Jennifer provides capacity and skills building assistance to organizational and company
leadership to ensure that department and area systems, and processes throughout the
organization are healthy, effective, and viable and positioned to address current and
emerging issues. She also works closely with leadership in the first phases of introducing
change and new systems or processes, implementing organizational plans, and engaging
in strategic initiatives. As a governance consultant, Jennifer has traveled extensively to
work with those who serve on boards and those who service boards. Her work includes
training board members, senior staff, trainers, facilitators, consultants and other
practitioners in the areas of governance and other volunteer leadership development.
Jennifer has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in
Industrial Psychology. She has served as adjunct faculty at several universities and is the
author of Building Board Diversity, the first major publication of its kind. She has
authored several articles, been cited in national and international publications, and has
received numerous honors and awards. |
