Adelphi University’s Manhattan Center is pleased to announce the start of our fifth annual collection for Toys for Tots in association with the United States Marine Corps, Reserve.
Each year Adelphi has proudly participated in the collection of donated toys to be distributed to under-privileged children throughout the United States during the holiday season. Donation boxes will be placed in our 2nd floor lobby and outside our Student Services Department. In addition, we have recruited a new Santa’s Helper! Liz Kash has agreed to put a donation box in her office in Levermore Hall, (Room 301) for our friends at the main campus who wish to donate. Please consider donating a new, unwrapped toy this year.
Donations will be accepted until December 16, 2012 so please help to make this year an unforgettable experience for a little boy or girl in need.
Monetary donations will also be accepted. If you prefer to make a financial contribution, please make your check payable to “Marine Toys for Tots Foundation” and drop it off at any one of the Student Services offices or send it to my attention by mail or interoffice mail at:
