The Office of University Communications and Marketing will need the following information to approve your request:

If any of the above information is missing, we will be unable to process your request. All requests must receive approval before the project can begin. Once our department confirms the request, a schedule will be sent to you for approval. Once the schedule is accepted, the request can be started.

If your request is approved, we will send a schedule and begin production on the piece. Production begins when the client and MCS have agreed to the schedule.
