Returning the Favor

Why did you choose a career in education?
Because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of youth. I believe in reaching back into the community to help a child, just like someone helped me.

Your favorite aspects of the School of Education at Adelphi's Manhattan Center?
The small classroom experience is my favorite aspect of the School of Education because you have the opportunity to listen to your peers, form better relationships with your professors, and acquire the material.

Where do you commute from and how?
I commute from Staten Island by car.

Any hobbies or interests beyond your other commitments?
My favorite hobbies are martial arts and playing and coaching basketball.

What are you most proud of?
The fact that I completed the program at an accelerated pace and acquired the knowledge needed to move forward.

Favorite mantra?
Success lies in all of us. We just have to dig deep inside to achieve it.

Your advice for prospective students?
Come in with an open mind and you will gain an experience that will last a lifetime.
