EEC 723: S/T: Introduction To Autism Spectrum Disorders 3 credits Students will be exposed to cognitive, behavioral, social and academic issues of individuals with autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, and Pervasive Developmental Disorders. They will also learn about theories of cause and development, diagnosis, education and therapeutic intervention, psycho-social adjustment, IEP development, and working with teams and families.
