ECH 723: S/T: Diversity And Equity 3 credits This course addresses the challenges of establishing high standards for all students while meeting the educational needs of an increasingly diverse population. Drawing from research and writing from the social sciences, the institute will frame the tensions between achievement and equity, and disparities in resources across settings and programs.
