From Connecticut
Take Interstate 84 West to the Taconic State Parkway North (exit 16N) then follow the directions above.
From Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties
Take the Mid-Hudson Bridge, then
Merge onto US-9 S toward Wappingers Falls/Hyde Park
Merge onto US-9 N via the ramp on the left toward US 44/Rt. 55/Church St.
Turn right onto Marist Dr./Rt. 9G
Take the 1st left onto the St. Francis Hospital Campus
Destination on the right.
From Route 9 North
US-9 N. Turn left onto Marist Dr./Rt. 9G. Take the 1st left onto the St. Francis Hospital campus. Destination will be on the right.
From Upstate New York
Take the New York State Thruway South to Exit 18 (New Paltz). Take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 299 east. Follow Route 299 east for several miles. At the end of Route 299 take a right onto Route 9W south. Take Route 9W south for about one mile to the entrance to the Mid-Hudson (FDR) bridge. Follow directions from the Mid-Hudson bridge above.
By Train
Metro-North Commuter Railroad connects New York City’s Grand Central Terminal with Poughkeepsie.
Poughkeepsie is also served by Amtrak. Taxi service is available from the train station to Adelphi’s Hudson Valley Center.
