Weekly Program Walking Goals
Step goals to reach by the end of the program:
- Teams of 2 — 350,000 total steps
- Teams of 3 — 525,000 total steps
- Teams of 4 — 700,000 total steps
This averages out to approximately 175,000 steps per person over the 6 week period.
- Reach your team goal and be entered in a drawing to win the grand prize: $100 Nike gift certificate for each team member!
- Complete the team challenge goals and receive a Walk Adelphi T-Shirt
- Individual incentive prizes and “challenge” events throughout the 6 weeks!

You can reach these goals by:
- Starting a walking routine, and making a weekly goal to increase your daily activity by 500 steps.
- Tracking and converting other forms of exercise that you do into steps.
- Using the activity tracker to convert daily activities such as shopping into steps.
- Encouraging your teammates and walking together on a regular basis!
