36% Water Use Reductionwater-efficient toilets, sinks, and urinals

This reduction has been accomplished through the use of low volume sinks, toilets, and urinals. The shower heads are energy saving and meet ANSI A112.18.1M, Environmental Protection Agency '92 and all known flow rate requirements. The shower heads are 2.5 Gallons per minute (GPM). The use of motion sensing faucets on all sinks also contributes to the water efficiency. In addition, we have installed a state-of-the-art irrigation system containing water efficient spray heads. The system contains an automatic outdoor rain sensor which prevents the sprinkler from activating on rainy days.
