Storage and Collection of Recyclables— separate disposal units will be provided for recyclable materials for use by all occupants and visitors to the building
Construction Waste Management—86% of the construction demolition and debris materials were recycled and not sent to landfills and incinerators
Recycled Content—at least 20% of the building materials used were recycled materials. This limits the impact on natural resources
Regional Materials—locally harvested and manufactured products were used for the supply of 20% of the building materials, limiting the necessity of transportation and the impact on the environment
Certified Wood—63% of the wood-based products used were certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, which encourages environmentally friendly forest management
