Environmental Tobacco Smoke Control—smoking is not allowed in buildings or within 25 feet of the entrance to any building, outdoor air intakes, and operable windows
Outdoor Air Delivery Monitoring—ventilation system is monitored in all buildings for most spaces*
Low-Emitting Materials—paints, coatings, carpet systems, composite wood and agrifiber products, comply with standards to reduce and limit the contaminants that are harmful or irritating to inhabitants of the buildings
Construction IAQ Management—building was flushed out for a two-week period prior to occupancy to evacuate airborne contaminants
