Making Your Gift by Credit Card
You can make your gift in the manner most convenient for you-online or by telephone or mail.

Online
All transactions are secure. Make an online contribution using MasterCard or Visa.

By Telephone
Please call the Office of University Advancement at 516.877.3155. Adelphi accepts MasterCard and Visa.

By Mail
To make a credit card gift by mail, please be sure to include:

Amount of your gift
name as it appears on your credit card
credit card number
expiration date
your daytime telephone number
instructions on your gift designation.

To Make a Gift With a Personal Check or Money Order
Make payable to Adelphi University and mail to:

Matching Gift Program
Your employer may offer matching gift programs that may allow you to double or triple your gift.

Some foundations also have matching gift programs. Before making your gift, review the list at www.matchinggifts.com/adelphi

Gifts of Securities or Mutual Funds
Gifts of appreciated securities often confer significant tax benefits for the donor. For example, contributions of securities held for over a year are generally deductible at market value, regardless of what the donor paid for the securities. In addition, donations of securities may be exempt from capital gains tax.

Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisors before making gifts of securities.
