Thank you to the more than six thousand benefactors who so kindly supported Adelphi in the fiscal year ending August 31, 2008.  You are part of a thriving community. You sustain our University and create an Adelphi of which we are all proud.

In 2008, we celebrated the opening of three new facilities on our campus: the Center for Recreation and Sport, the Performing Arts Center, and the Alice Brown Early Learning Center. Your generosity is the foundation for everything that we do. I encourage you to take advantage of all Adelphi has to offer.

If you are planning a trip to campus, please let my office know.  I would welcome the opportunity to greet you.  If I do not see you before, then I look forward to seeing you at the annual benefactor’s reception on the eve of Homecoming, Friday, October 9.  At that time, we will toast the re-opening of the newly refurbished Woodruff Hall and natatorium.
