The Albert G. Oliver Program, New York, New York

Overview: Directed a $1.2 million initiative for gifted and talented minority youth attending top-tier accredited independent schools across the country.  The program, staffed by educators, counselors and social workers, addressed the psychological, social, and educational needs of gifted and talented adolescents through assessment, crisis counseling and outreach; substance abuse assessments and violence prevention groups.

Overview: Managed the service delivery for over 200 foster care cases; provided oversight of assessment and diagnosis, treatment planning service coordination and court preparation; secured funding for program sustainability, and facilitated staff training and development.
