Personal StatementI am a certified Speech-Language Pathologist in NY interested in neurophysiological investigations of language processing in specific sociolinguistic situations (such as the diglossic situations in Arabic and African American Vernacular English). I am also interested in language processing in specific communication disorders. I am currently investigating phonological representations in developmental dyspraxia using EEG, in collaboration with Dr. Karen Froud, Teachers College, Columbia University.
Other interests: AAC and Language Testing.
