Selected to attend the NIA-supported Third Annual Institute on Aging and Social Work (2006-2007), at The College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, MN, for advanced methodological training in aging research.

Principal Investigator, Long Island Geriatric Mental Health Needs Assessment Project, a university-community partnership project with the Mental Health Association of Nassau County and funded through the Long Island Community Foundation. (2005-2006, with Dr. Peter Chernack, Co-Investigator).
