Personal Statement

I'm a mathematician, historian and musician, originally from Montreal, Canada. My first priority is the preparation of excellent future math teachers. My research specialty is the historical development of mathematical analysis from the mid-17th to the mid-19th century, particularly the work of Leonhard Euler. I play bluegrass music with the Wickers Creek Band and I sing in the Adelphi Chorus.
