Tuition Rates

Full Time is considered 4 or 5 days per week.  Part Week is 2 or 3 days per week – any hours. Tuition is calculated and payable for the schedule that is agreed on when a family enrolls. After School Care listed rates are for 3 to 6 pm hours only. An additional fee up to the daily/weekly rate for care will be charged for holiday and half day school closing care.

While every effort is made to assist you in accommodating your schedule, requests for changes to your schedule need to be made in writing to the Director or Administrative Assistant. Please understand that other families may be scheduled to attend for the alternate times you are requesting and that NYS Office of Children and Family Services enforces limits on how many children may be present at any one time in the program. This makes it difficult to accommodate variations in schedules.

All monthly tuition is due whether or not your child attends. There are no sick or vacation credits. The program requests written notification of withdrawals be made at least one month prior to the child exiting the program.

Each family will be asked to sign either a 10 or 12 month enrollment agreement every September or upon enrollment.


Additional Fees

Registration: $150 (per child): Charged upon enrollment and every fall thereafter.

Late Tuition: Late payment fee of $25 for any tuition not paid in a timely manner (see Family Handbook for policy).

The program is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The program operates in conjunction with the operating calendar of the University. However, the program will close four weeks per year for refurbishment and to facilitate training needs. These weeks include the week of July 4, two weeks in August between end of Summer Session II and the start of the fall semester, and the break between Christmas and New Year's Day.
