Registrations are now being accepted for Spring 2009, limited space is available. To register for the program, return the Registration Form and your check for a refundable registration fee of $150.00* per child for the 2008–09 school year. Please note: A registration fee is charged upon enrollment and every fall thereafter.

• Make checks payable to Adelphi University. (*A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for each returned check.)
• Mail both your completed form and your check to:

Once we have received your form and assessed current availabilty, we will send an email to confirm yhour child's enrollment, or confirm
