- YOUR BOX MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 15, 2012.
- The box must prominently show:
- your name
- bra title
- mailing address (street
address, town/city, state, zip)
- Download a printable mailing label here. Print this label, complete, and tape to your box.
- A hard copy of your story with your name and the bra title at the top, a phone number, email address and a copy of
your registration form MUST be inside the box with your bra.

- NO HAND DELIVERED BRAS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
