Model Home symbolizes the “American dream” of home ownership except in an updated version that includes renewable energy as an option. The sculpture features a 75-watt photovoltaic panel that produces electricity to power a light located inside the sculpture. The interior walls are covered in literature that visitors can read and learn about clean and renewable energy sources.

The new energies offer an alternative to fossil fuels that pollute the environment and create health risks, and may be the cause of geopolitical turmoil.
